And because STRATAGEM provides non-attorney expertise, we offer clients additional flexibility and cost-effectiveness in many respects, combined with high-level understanding of the industry and market that only select aviation-specific attorneys typically could offer. However, we believe in cross- functioning with clients’ in-house and/or 3rd party formal legal counsel, financial advisors and CPA/tax guides to ensure that a client’s aviation goals and plans are consistent and compatible with their other legal, financial and tax plan architecture.
STRATAGEM’s diverse past performance with Proposal & Contract Specialist services range from drafting, reviewing/editing and negotiating contractual and legal-related documents, to representing clients in aviation asset sales, lease and acquisitions; in the Operator market segment, STRATAGEM’s principal has been lead on diverse B2B, B2C and B2G contract development, capture and management, supervising major, multi-million dollar contracts with nationally recognized commercial corporations and federal government agencies – including expert RFI/RFP/RFQ services.
